Join me every week as we listen to the stories of mamas sharing their motherhood and birth experiences. Hold space with me as we normalize these experiences and extend compassion. Hear from providers such as myself and others across the country bringing helpful tips, literature, and providing support.
This week we talk with Breana Wilson who shares her two birth experiences, struggles within a past relation, mental health journey, grief and healing. Hold space for this powerful story that's both transparent and encouraging to us all.
