This week I’m interviewing an inspiring woman who has lost 32 lbs and has overcome many adversities in her life. Kim Jones is a client at our Lead The Way Fitness location in Alta Loma, California.
She was raised in a house with addiction and an unhealthy relationship with food. But she didn’t let that environment shape who she is today. She started building healthy habits and eventually started working with a Coach and got the accountability to take it to the next level.
Kim has lost weight and kept it off which is the marker of someone who has found a long term solution. She attributes her success to finding a community of people that she enjoys being around, a Coach that holds her accountable and making the time in her schedule.
Kim shares some golden nuggets around mindset and how you can shift your thinking around strength training and long-term goals.
