On today's Girl Chat, Sabrina Johannes, Ashley Brown and Kim Clagg talk about the current challenges that their lives are undergoing. Military associated life throws so many curve balls and learning to still hit home runs can be so hard sometimes.
It is okay to not be okay, it is okay to ask for help, or to step back and give yourself time and space.
