Season 3 Episode 1: Setting Goals

Welcome back to Season 3 of Ruck Up Buttercup. We are starting the new season out with a Girl Chat about goal setting.

Today we discussed our current goals, our words of the year, and why we make vision boards. As well as having some really great chats about setting reasonable goals that are more achievable and then setting new ones once you have reached those. Or breaking your big goals into smaller monthly goals that are easier to track and reach!! We want to see you succeed and do big things in 2023!

As usual our conversation led to other things and we also discussed the culture shock of being a new spouse and moving across the country to live on your own for the first time, and how the struggle can be real. But putting yourself out there and being open to the experience is all it will take.

We hope you are happy to be back listening!! Make sure to follow us on Ruck Up Buttercup on Instagram!!
