On this episode of Ruck up Buttercup Sabrina, Ashley, Linda, and Kim are back for another girl chat!!
We decided to talk about what we do for self care and how we keep our tanks full. We discuss how our well being is pivotal in the well being of our kids, and spouses as well, a strong family equals a strong military! We also touched on self-care being more than just baths and getting your hair done, and how that should really be looked at as needs not wants. We hope you take our challenge to do something for you this month to take care of yourself!

Sabrina Johannes is the Founder and Executive Director of Deployed Love and a Veteran wife, has been stationed in Hawaii, Germany, Texas and now lives at Fort Bragg. Is a mother of 2, a fur baby owner, and currently homeschools her kids.
Ashley Brown is the Deployed Love Board Treasure and coordinator at Fort Bragg. She is our resident military brat and has been a military spouse for 10+ years. Ashley has 2 children and works full time for her family owned business located in NC as well as volunteers as the company SFRG leader for her husband’s unit.
Kim Clagg is the President of the Board for Deployed Love and a military spouse of 17 years. She has been stationed in Georgia, Alabama, and Kentucky and is looking to retire in the Columbus, GA area. She is a busy mother of 4 and proud stepmother of a beautiful daughter.
Linda Wickersham is the Secretary of the Board for Deployed Love and a former military mom. She lives in the Fort Bragg area. She is a dog mom of a cutie named Buttercup our new mascot!!!
