Buchanan is a musician and composer, working across live performance, sound design and soundtrack composition for film, theatre and performance art. She mostly works with synth/keyboard/electronic sounds, with a fondness for improvisation, weird dance music and the areas between sound design and popular music. Her soundtrack for Ears Have Ears is called 'Everything is Faster':
