An exclusive soundtrack from Perth DIY pop duo Erasers.
Combining elements of psych, pop and drone, Rebecca Orchard and Rupert Thomas use minimal percussion and Rebecca's unique vocals to create their mesmerising sound. Their debut LP 'Stem Together' came out September 26th via DIY label Pouring Dream and Fire Talk, have a listen to the single 'By Your Side' via Soundcloud.
On their soundtrack created for Ears Have Ears titled ‘Fault Lines’, Rebecca and Rupert shared the following info
"'Fault Lines' was recorded over a few days this April, with the intention of using mostly ‘first takes’ in the recording process, as often these can be the most natural and exciting sounds when listening back. We enjoy creating moody, melody-driven music, with a balance between sparse soundscapes and dense, layered compositions and we feel like this soundtrack, like a landscape, encompasses these elements. "
