Description

Professor Jean Abraham and Catharine Scott talk about integrated cancer medicine within the Personalised Breast Cancer Programme and the PARTNER clinical trial, and how the research has been translated into the clinic to positively affect Catharine’s treatment in real time and what the impact and outcome has been.

Jean is Director of the Cambridge Breast Cancer Research Unit, Academic Honorary Consultant in Medical Oncology and Professor of Precision Breast Cancer Medicine in the Department of Oncology at the University of Cambridge, UK, co-leader of the CRUK Cambridge Centre’s Breast Cancer Programme, and co-leader of the Integrated Cancer Medicine Programme.

Catharine Scott was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer in September 2016. She was treated by Jean as part of the PARTNER clinical trial and took part in the Personalised Breast Cancer Programme.
