Sunday 10th September Velindre held their annual 'Castle 2 Castle' event where nearly 1,000 runners ran 11 miles between Caerphilly Castle to Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.
GTFM's Terry Mann spoke to some of the runners taking part as well as the main event sponsors Peters.
