Hayley Williams, Wellbeing Practitioner from Valleys Steps talks about their 6 week Steps to Wellbeing course will be running in the following venues:-

● Trallwn Community Centre, Pontypridd, 1.30 - 2.30pm - starting on Tuesday 12th July
● Cynon Linc, Aberdare, 10.30 - 11.30am - starting on Wednesday 13th July
● Hope Baptist Church, Bridgend, 10.30 - 11.30am - starting on Thursday 14th July
● Ystrad Sports Centre, Pentre, Rhondda, 11am - 12pm - starting Monday 18th July
● Theatr Soar, Merthyr, 2 - 3pm - starting Friday 22nd July

The course is free of charge and there’s no need to register, just come along.
