The People's School for Marxist-Leninist Studies presents a reading from the first publication of "The Communist," put out by the Ideological Department of the Central Committee of the Party of Communists (PCUSA). This is a continuation of the ideological publication released by the CPUSA when it was also titled "The Communist." This article touches on the controversial topic of the dissolution of the Comintern, as well as its international implications and effects.
