The People's School for Marxist-Leninist Studies presents a translated lecture (originally French) by comrade Ludo Martens. Martens was a member of the Belgian Workers' Party during the time that it was a Marxist-Leninist party. This is a thorough and robust analysis of the purges in the U.S.S.R. during the mid to late 1930s. It is also a great resource for anyone who is uneducated on the true nature of these pivotal events. Comrade Ludo Martens passed away in June of 2011 at the age of 65. This lecture was translated by Yulian Aleksander.
