Description

The People's School for Marxist-Leninist Studies presents a 1947 interview with former CPUSA member Benjamin J. Davis. Comrade Davis was the defense attorney in the Angelo Herndon case in 1932 and was drawn to the Party via the Party's participation in this key historical event. This interview specifically highlights the plight of black people in American. Davis outlines the path to black liberation as being one and the same as the struggle for a socialist America.
