Description

Our psychological reality changes as we go from being a child, into adolescence and beyond and our mind begins to fill with untruths about ourselves, or should I say truths that are not in alignment with our core beliefs and values.

We may hide our passions and our dreams believing them to be silly or pie in the sky, perhaps because someone knocked them or laughed at them. We bury them and may choose a route that we feel will bring us more love and more acceptance and this can be for example at school, in our family or even our community. We conform to get on. Our reality no longer mirrors our core beliefs and values it becomes a reality crafted by outside influences.
