How do the voices in our heads shape our leadership and impact those around us?

In this episode of the Thrive Today podcast, host Natalie Born sits down with Sam Chand, a renowned leadership consultant and author. They delve into Chand's latest book, "Voices: The Power, Pain, and Purpose of Voices in Our Lives." The conversation explores the profound impact of internal and external voices on leadership, personal growth, and relationships. Chand shares invaluable insights on managing toxic messages, the dangers of pride in leadership, and the importance of addressing harmful patterns in others with love and wisdom.

Who would have thought, when in 1973 “student” Sam Chand was serving his college as janitor, cook and dishwasher that he would return in 1989 as “President” of the same college!
