Description

'The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armour of light.' (Rom. 13:12)

As we contemplate the Lord Jesus, in whom there is no darkness at all, may we be filled afresh with the light of God.

The music that accompanies this reflection is Franz Liszt’s Le Rossignol - The Nightingale: the song of the bird that sings at night. Fontane Liang’s rendering bubbles with life and light.

As we worship, let’s pray for the light of Christ to come today to fill our hearts and to reach many people who find themselves in various kinds of darkness.
