Normally I hate DJs in a club who doesn’t have time for the record.
A club tune needs five minutes for the evolution to a burner. Now I did the same.
Each track on this mix has only one or two minutes time. But I wanted to do a chronicle of dance history. I took my personal pearls into this mix for you. I've got many pearls.
Each track is a personal "Alexander Expander Edit." This is very important if you don’t have time. The tracks must come fast to the point. So I look at each track differently. Parts in this mix I hope make it a mix flow — the second important thing in a DJ set.
There are 54 tracks but this is not a secret keymessage to the studio 54. I prefer my personal
"Godfather Larry Levan from the Paradise Garage." I’ve got no rights for the tracks.
But I have bought each track and this CD is only for my friends and for promotion.
