"Durkle Disco kick off their 10th year in operation with ‘Hawkeye’ - a massive collaboration EP from rising production talents Nothingnice & Hayz, both alumni of the acclaimed 1Forty Project label, who bring the vocal talents of grime stars Riko Dan & Logan along for the ride. Taking equal sonic influence from Leeds based Hayz’s classic grime squarewave synths and Bristolian Nothingnice’s more dubstep inclined leanings, ‘Hawkeye’ sits somewhere in that grey area between the 2 scenes, making it perfect fodder for a label which has often comfortably occupied that same space over the years."
