We're delighted to welcome Rotterdam-based duo @platypus010 to the FatKidOnFire family. This one's been over 2yrs in the making and has been a real family project. Out to Olaf, Mandy and Ivar for bringing this whole vibe together!
FKxF/Platypus drops this Friday, 03/12/21, (pre-order live now) and is then available on all major streaming platforms two weeks after that, 17/12/21.

Olaf had this to say about the release and how it came about:
'I first stumbled upon two beautiful people (and their creature) at a dubstep gathering in Utrecht, the Netherlands that featured our good friend (and dubstep ambassador) Joe Nice. Mandy and Ivar, two music-driven individuals, sometimes hide behind their Platypus (PLTPS) moniker. Even so, back in 2019 when we first met, Platypus were slowly started gaining momentum with their material through a number of labels, including with the Dubtribu gang.
'I've kept in touch with Mandy and Ivar since - after being captivated by 'Toni Dub' and 'Wolves in the Wall' that feature on their FKOF Records debut. We've worked together to showcase Platypus productions - and we're really proud of the final result. It contains a mix of various emotions, sometimes dark and sometimes light. Both Mandy and Ivar have outdone themselves with the 'Kikiriki' EP and I'm equally proud of the amazing video, recorded in an old glass factory in the Schiedam!
