DJ and cultural producer from Bahia, Dalney Geovenazhi, brings in his project, Sala 60 Psychedelia, musicalities, representations and multicultural ethnic and historical manifestations that are attributed to libertarian ideals and rupture through his sound. An immersion into the concept of Music Medicine, elaborated on the Downtempo Slowfolk genre, within the Organic Grooves and Deep Ethnic conjectures, spreads in ritualistic and poetic rhythms, uses elements linked to our ancestral and liturgical culture, connecting the universal symbologies, expanding their 80s and Post Punk influences, in Indie Dance, Dark Disco and Dark Wave.
His creations are rooted in northeastern/regionalist music, African music in its construction, the psychedelic influence of the 60s/70s and its counterculture movement expressed and understood in the musical and social scope, on the multiplicity of Brazilian music in its aspects. Referring to its ancestral consciousness and extending these essences to Psy Trance, in a growing mix between the genres of Forest, Dark Psy and Slambient, sound syntheses focused on enchantment, on the real and the ludic, spirituality and connecting perceptions between music, dance, mind and body.
