如果你聽不懂對方的問題，可以請他講慢一點、重複他的問題
"Sorry, I didn’t catch your question. Could you please repeat your question?"
你不太確定有沒有理解對方的問題，可先簡述你理解的內容，確認問題
‘To make sure that I’ve understood you correctly, are you asking…’
對方一次問了好幾個問題，很難一次記住全部問題。那就先回答一部份，之後再問對方其他的問題是什麼。
”I'll answer the question about … first.”［your answer］“What’s the other part of the question?”
你只知道問題一部份的答案
"Our data doesn’t cover the whole question. But this is what we know so far…"
你沒辦法直接回答問題，但你可以回答你的相關經驗
**"Thank you for asking this question. I don’t have a direct answer for it, but I can tell you this, which may help answer your question. [your answer] " **如果你真的覺得對方的問題很重要，最後可以再繞回去說：" We haven’t looked into it. But it’s a good question. We’ll see if we can look into it more in the future. "
對方問題完全脫離你演講的範疇
"I am really sorry that question is outside the scope of this presentation, but I will be happy to stay after the presentation and discuss it with you."
在你真的不知道要回覆對方什麼的時候
"I don’t have the answer right now. But I’ll find out and let you know. "
在適合的情況，你可以反問對方的看法
"This is an important question! I haven’t thought about it. So what do you think?"
"What’s your view on this?" "Do you have any suggestions for us?"
