HASH柑橘咖喱創始店位於台北民生社區巷弄內，外觀看起來現代簡約，仔細一瞧才知道是一間咖喱專賣店，但賣的又不只是咖喱，而是整個用餐體驗。其中最特別的就是旁邊會附上一碟柑橘醬，品嚐到一半時可以在咖哩醬中加入柑橘醬，像是享受吃拉麵「轉味」的過程。五個吧台座位讓客人能與廚師近距離互動，以獨特的創意與用心，打造出別具一格的咖喱體驗。
