🎙️** 《築夢路上》— 夢想之路沒有替身，他每一步都親自上陣。**
這一集，我邀請到來自香港的動作演員與動作指導——羅浩銘 Ken Law。
他是加拿大的犯罪學高材生，卻選擇走上一條滿是傷痕的武打人生。他沒走捷徑，沒靠家世，也沒想過退場——他靠的是鐵一樣的信念，與一身真功夫。
他從小跟爸爸一起看功夫片，對武打充滿熱愛，但媽媽希望他成為律師或老師。他靠打工報名跆拳道課，拿下加拿大比賽冠軍。後來又陸續學習拳擊、泰拳、詠春、巴西柔術——他精通五種武術，只為了讓每一場打戲都真實有魂。
媽媽反對、試鏡落選、頸部受傷、片場崩潰、沒人願意給機會……他都走過。
但他從沒想過放棄，因為父親臨終前只說了一句話：「去做你想做的事。」這句話，成為他每一次跌倒再爬起來的理由。
他寄了無數封自薦信，只有一封被回覆——來自他的偶像古天樂，也成為他現在的老闆。他從無台詞的龍套開始演起，到參與香港電影《怒火》《激戰》，甚至在好萊塢大片《變形金剛4》中擔任動作演員。他沒讓機會來選他，而是靠行動把機會打出來。
他拍戲從不使用替身。曾在片場頸部重傷，醫生建議休養，他卻包紮傷口回去繼續拍攝。他說：「我每一場戲，都當成最後一場來演。」
如今他不只是演員，更是動作指導、編劇與製片，他活得像一場武打電影，但每一拳、每一傷，都是他用行動把夢打造出來。

🎙️** On the Road to Dreams — There are no stunt doubles on the road to your dream. He showed up for every step, himself.**
In this episode, I’m joined by Hong Kong-born action actor and fight choreographer — Ken Law.
Once a top criminology student in Canada, he chose to walk a very different path — one paved with bruises, grit, and unwavering faith. No shortcuts. No family backing. And never a thought of quitting. Just raw skill and iron will.
As a child, he used to watch kung fu movies with his father and fell in love with martial arts. His mother, however, had a different dream for him — to become a lawyer or a teacher.
Determined, Ken worked part-time jobs to pay for taekwondo lessons, eventually becoming a champion in Canada. He later trained in boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — mastering five martial arts forms to ensure that every fight scene he performed carried authenticity and soul.
He’s faced it all — family opposition, failed auditions, serious injuries, mental breakdowns on set, and an industry reluctant to give him a chance.
But he never once thought of giving up. His father’s final words before passing were: “Go do what you were meant to do.” That sentence became the reason he kept getting back up, no matter how hard he fell.
He sent out countless self-recommendation emails. Only one reply ever came — from his idol, Louis Koo, who is now his boss.
Starting with silent background roles, Ken worked his way into action-packed films like Raging Fire and Unbeatable, and even performed as a stunt actor in the Hollywood blockbuster Transformers: Age of Extinction.
He didn’t wait for opportunity to find him — he fought for it, literally.
Ken has never used a stunt double. After suffering a severe neck injury on set, doctors advised him to rest. Instead, he wrapped up the wound and returned to finish the shoot. He says: “I treat every scene like it’s my last.”
Today, he’s more than just an actor — he’s a choreographer, screenwriter, and producer. His life plays out like a martial arts film — and every punch, every scar, is a scene he carved out with his own hands.
