碧落秋方静，
bì luò qiū fāng jìng ，
腾空力尚微。
téng kōng lì shàng wéi 。
清风如可托，
qīng fēng rú kě tuō ，
终共白云飞。
zhōng gòng bái yún fēi 。
初秋天气晴朗，但风力不大，很难放风筝。风筝只能在有风的时候，才能陪伴着白云一起高飞啊!
The weather in early autumn is clear, but the wind is not strong, which makes it difficult to fly a kite.
Kites can only soar high in the sky when there is wind, they need wind to accompany the white clouds.
