本集主題是「公民鏈結─多元包容在台灣」。臺亞會的公民社會鏈結計劃，對外著力於通過不同議題（如移民工、新二代、性別、語言、教育、公民社會空間、國際援助等等）串連亞洲NGO組織，對內則關注新住民與跨國移工的權益。本集節目邀請到越南新二代林宗洧來分享他的成長故事以及他投入國際交流和NGO組織的經驗。通過他的故事瞭解新住民與新二代融入台灣社會的狀況，新二代投入國際交流和NGO組織工作的契機和優勢。同時，我們也邀請計劃主持人黃伊婷為我們介紹臺亞會推動亞洲公民社會串連的努力，並瞭解臺亞會對新住民和移工議題的工作。

嘉賓：林宗洧（越南新二代，台大社會系大四生）
出生彰化，媽媽是越南新住民，爸爸是藍領階級。他從17歲開始投入推廣《兒童權利公約》，並成為CRC 報告審查的兒少代表。2018年通過特殊選才錄取台大社會系，但他決定延後入學一年，在那一年裡，他成功申請移民署「新住民及其子女築夢計劃」，帶著一批新二代展開尋根之旅；他環島演講、出國實習、到「台灣少年權益與福利促進聯盟」工作，參與教育部「青年教育與就業儲蓄帳戶」方案等。曾任青年署第二屆青諮委員、青年署「全球青年趨勢論壇」的青年接待大使。
黃伊婷（臺亞會公民社會鏈結計劃負責人）
黃伊婷現於臺亞會研究規劃部擔任助理研究員，負責公民社會鏈結計畫。她在英國伯明罕大學取得猶太大屠殺碩士學位，關注國際人權議題、轉型正義及人道救援。

【Ep.4: Civil Society Connectivity - Diversity and Inclusion in Taiwan】
Welcome to the podcast series ”New Southbound Warm Power Up,“ produced and brought to you by the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF) and Heartwave. Let our guest speakers of each episode share the significant achievements of TAEF in advancing the New Southbound Policy with you!
The theme of this episode is “Civil Society Connectivity - Diversity and Inclusion in Taiwan.” In this episode, we invited Mr. Lin Zhong-Wei, a second-generation Vietnamese Taiwanese, to share his personal story and experience in international exchanges and NGO organizations, and to shed some light on how the new immigrants and the new second-generation integrate into Taiwanese society, and the opportunities and advantages of the new second-generation to engage in international exchanges and NGO organizational work. We also invited Ms. Evelyn Huang from TAEF to share the TAEF’s efforts of promoting civil society connections in Asia, and the projects conducted by TAEF on new residents and immigrant workers.

Speaker：Lin Zongwei (Vietnamese new second generation, senior student in the Department of Sociology, National Taiwan University)
Lin was born in Changhua County to his Vietnamese new immigrant mother and his blue-collared father. Lin has been participating in promoting the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) since he was 17, and became a representative of children for the CRC Report and International Review. In 2018, he was admitted to the Department of Sociology of National Taiwan University through special selection. However, he decided to postpone the admission for a year and successfully applied for “The Dream-Building Program for New Immigrants and Their Children”. Through this program, he assembled a group of new second generations to walk on the roots-finding journey. Chen also gave lectures around Taiwan, went abroad for internships, worked at the “Taiwan Alliance for Advancement of Youth Rights and Welfare,” and participated in the Ministry of Education’s "Youth Education and Employment Savings Account" program, etc. He served as a member of the Second Youth Advisory Committee of the Youth Development Administration (YDA) and a youth ambassador for the “Global Youth Trends Forum” of YDA.
Speaker: Evelyn Huang (Project Manager of the Civil Society Connectivity Program, TAEF)
Huang is an assistant research fellow at TAEF and is the project manager of the Foundation’s Civil Society Connectivity Program. Evelyn holds an M.A. degree in Holocaust and genocide studies from the University of Birmingham, UK. She has a keen interest in international human rights, transitional justice, and humanitarian aid.

Cherri was born and raised in Hong Kong. Having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Translation at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, she is now studying Chinese-English Conference Interpreting at National Taiwan University’s Graduate Program for Translation and Interpreting.
