In this episode of Awesome Humans, as always, we are in our podcast studio at HQGC on the Gold Coast. Storyteller and Host, Brett McCallum sat down with writer and filmmaker Josh Hale to listen to his awesome human story. Josh takes us back to his childhood. From a young age, Josh had a passion for writing, putting pen to paper he began to discover a desire he loved that would one day become his future. Josh was an only child, growing up in America with his parents before moving back to his Mother's homeland of Australia. Having completed schooling in Australia and successfully getting his high school certificate, Josh struggled to find a career to pursue. He gave the hospitality industry a go but soon discovered a passion for photography.
Having been a photographer for skaters, Josh soon lost his parents and decided not to continue with photography. Struggling to find his way after losing his parents, Josh turned back to writing for support. Josh knew he had a love for it and decided to push for a career in the film making industry by attending New York Film Academy. There is so much more to this awesome humans' story and the success of Josh's film career with his production company 'Hale Strom'.
