She is a mom of three (18,14,12) and grew up in and love Eastern Mass, but is a proud Western Mass transplant. She's a passionate member of the board for Sparkle House, working with the board to create the first pediatric palliative care and end of life respite home in Mass. Together with her husband and her best friends, they run the Western Mass Lumberjack Championship annually at the Cummington Fair. Amanda shares the following fun facts [how fun!?]:
*She collect coins (esp pennies pre 1982).
*She drink iced coffee year round
*She has donated over 3 feet of hair
*She has a hard time sitting still unless she is reading

In this episode, Amanda invites us into her world, sharing her passion for her work with children, her affinity for Manny, the floofy, orange cat, and along the way, we'll talk about her role in the annual Western Mass Lumberjack Championship at the Cummington Fair. Along the way, you'll feel the glow of Amanda's kindness, so welcomed, and so... weird?
