Fear of Judgment
No one wants to be judged; it definitely does not feel good to be judged. Hailima says that to present yourself with confidence, you should have enough self-love. It allows you to be yourself and so you will not be so concerned with being judged, criticized, abandoned, or rejected. By being as authentic as you can be, whoever likes it or not, you are happy with who you are at the end of the day. You have to make sure that you are presenting yourself the best way you want to because several people may or may not agree with you. You want to make sure you are true to yourself, let people build relationships with your true self, and let the message resonate with them. Your true self is key to communicate and build trust with your listeners credibly. Moreover, there is a positive side effect of genuinely standing by yourself.
Self-Transformation
People usually look at self-transformation as a sunny day full of rainbows and roses, but in reality, it is rough. It does not look pretty at all since you have to face things about yourself that you do not want to face. It can be scary to look at it that way. You have a choice: to continue being in your pain and having undesirable and unfavorable experiences or realize that you can create the life you want and make intentional choices to change your life. To do that, you have to recognize your mindset, what you have experienced, and what you’ve learned that made you have the mindset preventing you from being happy. Once you have that awareness, you are able to know what areas to resolve consciously, and you are ready to change your life.
