Chuck and Dan chat ocean thermal energy conversion. Pretty sure Chuck still couldn’t explain what OTEC is but at least recognizes how super cool it could be. Basically you can use the thermal heat of the ocean to run an electric turbine which would be an ideal, environmentally friendly application for warm ocean islands.
