In today's episode, we start off a bit sombre as we think about the pandemic and how it has changed the way Chris and I see our lives.  A reflective lens perhaps.  This is why we started to think about the stress in our daily activities, and we talked about how we personally manage the effects on mind, body and spirit.  We also talked about burnout and how self-driven folks such as ourselves internalize and push back on the negative feedback loop we may put ourselves into.  

Managing burnout, it will happen to all of us!
