Jesus teaches us in John 12:24: “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.”
We are called to take up our cross and follow Him. This process involves dying to ourselves and not clinging to our desires and ambitions. We must surrender our lives to God and allow Him to raise us. Through this journey to the other side of the cross, we can experience resurrection life and be used for God's glory.
Let's decide today to let go of our plans and ambitions, and entrust our futures completely to God, the one whose plans are always perfect and reliable. May we say: God saved me. God raised me. God, use my life now for your glory. Only then can we truly experience the abundant and eternal life that God Himself has prepared for us. Let's talk to Him about it.
It's time to pray.
