Adam and Brent are back talking about Waititi and his sophomore effort ‘Boy’! They get into why and how the movie is a drastic improvement on Eagle vs Shark (no offense to lovers of that one), how getting vulnerable and personal helps with authenticity, and Waititi as an actor as well as writer/director. Also the many striking similarities to Spielberg’s ‘E.T.’ It’s maybe their favorite episode of the season yet, finding a lot of good thematic connections and comparisons to make to other unexpected films/properties.
