The armor is about confidence in God’s ability to hold all those elements of the armor true and together.
The Helmet is His Salvation

The Breastplate is His Righteousness

The Belt is His Truth

The Shoes are His Gospel of Peace

The gospel is meant to be peace with God and peace with one another.
The Shield of Faith
