When people ask about meditation they need to define why they are interested in meditation. Meditation is not merely a practice, though there are manifold forms. Meditation is a progressive path of unfolding without definable limits. When entering meditation through the door of the heart, truth may be seen in the awakening of greater realities beyond self. The self is the greatest barrier to this. The pitfalls of the desire for powers, awakening of the chakras and kundalini are discussed in detail in this comprehensive talk on meditation. Bodo discusses the complex science of awakening, unifying concepts that many may be familiar with, but gives greater depth with applied esoteric logic. He explores the subject of past lives and their relationship and the pathway to healing through meditation. Practical examples of meditation practice are given to provide a basis for people to safely start their own daily meditative journey.
