- Outgoing vice-mayor Lue Ceci bid his colleagues farewell at Wednesday's City Council meeting in Nevada City. Ceci's parting remarks and the general tone of the meeting was markedly different from Grass Valley's meeting a day earlier where several members of the public attended to criticize the city for its continued use of Flock Safety LPR cameras and for allowing current Chief of Police Alex Gammelgard to serve as interim city manager.
