Description

   Californians who can’t find affordable property insurance on the open market turn to the FAIR Plan to get coverage. But it's considered extremely bare-bones. Now, California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara has ordered it to offer more comprehensive policy protections. Details on tonight's California Report.
