Part of the theme of 1 Peter is blessing inherited by accepting the gospel. Again, as it relates to our series, we could say that 1 Peter lays out the desired features of our new means of movement. Last week was the gift of grace and this week is The Possibility of Reward…something given in recognition of service, effort, or achievement.
