Lindsey Campbell and Mark Davies bring you another edition of THANKS TELEFILM where they examine a film that might not have existed without the help of the Crown Corporation.
SUZE is a comedy/drama written and directed by the duo of Dane Clark and Linsey Stewart. Michaela Watkins is the titular character Suze, a woman who succumbs to empty nest syndrome after her daughter Brooke (Sara Waisglass) moves away to attend university. This leads her to become a doting mother figure to Brooke's ex-boyfriend Gage (Charlie Gillespie) even though she never liked him at all when he and Brooke were dating.
