There is a general misconception that we cannot do anything about what we've been given when it comes to our health, especially when it comes to our genetic expression, cancer histories, and alcoholism. All of these things can have a very strong influence on our health but there is evidence now that our health is not fixed; that we can do something about what we've been given. How we live our lives, our life styles, our diets, and our stress levels, can all play a really important role in the expression of our genes.
