Listeners will hear from Pragasen Ramiah as he shares the history of South Africa and lessons in Leadership; Stephanie will define "First Geners", why this population is important when we speak around change and ways in which she helps them navigate unfamiliar spaces; this episode will also focus on the importance of cultivating the next generation of Leaders. We will approach Leadership from a grassroots/community lens, as well as from a corporate stance and see where, how and if these two types of leadership styles intersects.
