Description

Simone Fulmer treats her law practice more like a business than a traditional “old school” firm. It’s enabled her to empower her team members – and she really considers them part of the team – as well as transform the client experience for the better.

 

It also allowed her to appeal to the millennial work ethic and attract valuable and effective employees of that generation who need a flexible schedule. Millennials aren’t lazy, says Simone, they just have different values and want something different from work and life.

 

By appealing to that sentiment she’s grown her firm to where it is today and given herself freedom as a result.
