This woman is a star in her world and is one of the best go-getters I have ever seen. Seriously! She is gonna be one of the most successful people out of the 860 and I am so fortunate to have her as a friend and have her on the show! I have the magnificent Erica Larson! This scholar and renaissance woman is so wholesome and bad ass with so many great things to say! And she her honesty and great advice proves how awesome she is to talk to when you need some help or just have a great conversation. So regarding our conversation in our podcast today, we talk about the best dating advice I truly have ever heard, what we have learned from relationships that did not work out, how to stick out to hiring mangers (she has experience in HR), the celebrities we apparently look like, the good ole days of childhood, what we miss the most about Uhart, which current Bachelorette contestant she grew up with, and much much more… This is a great and wholesome conversation, enjoy!  (3:22)

Erica blesses us with the best advice on how to get someone to be interested in you, how to know when someone likes you, and what to do when you shoot your shot with someone. We also talk about what little things we can do to make our relationships better. We also get honest about learning from relationships that did not work out. (47:09)
