She is a certified NLP Practitioner, a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and competes internationally.
Amy has struggled with debilitating anxiety and confidence issues that held her back in life - for years, she struggled just to leave her house, and it kept her in a very small place in life.
