Mandy Kaplan leads Ocean Murff and Ray DeLancey in this week's Saturday Matinée, and they begin with Netflix's Russia problem. Yes, the company lost subscribers in spite of promising gains last quarter, and sure, there's a likely a password sharing problem. But could it be, possibly, and we're just spit-balling here: they are spending too much money on bad movies making the good movies hard to find? I guess we'll never know.
Spider-verse II is getting a delay. We're hopeful they are just tightening things around the edges and it doesn't have anything to do with that weird trailer cut-scene they released a while back.
Affleck and Damon are coming together for a Nike/Jordan film. Don't worry, as far as we've heard, there is no de-aged Michael Jordan in it.
