In this edition of “Schiestel Speaks Sports” from Nov. 2, 2023, host Ryan Schiestel talks all things St. Ambrose University Sports. In the first half of this episode, Ryan talks about the SAU cross country teams. Then, it’s St. Ambrose bowling, as both the men’s and women’s teams continue their strong seasons. To end the first half of the episode, Ryan talks about the women’s volleyball team, who is pushing towards the playoffs. After a short station break, Schiestel breaks down the steady play of the Fighting Bees women’s soccer team, who won the regular season conference title. Then, it’s St. Ambrose football and basketball. Though some of the sports have struggled, Ryan remains hopeful for the teams at play.
