In this edition of “Schiestel Speaks Sports” from Nov. 30, 2023, host Ryan Schiestel talks all things St. Ambrose University Sports. In the first half of this episode, Ryan talks about the SAU women’s cross country team at the national race. Then, it’s a season preview of track and field, followed by an update on the strong bowling seasons. To end the first half of the show, Ryan breaks down the conclusion of the women’s volleyball national tournament run. After a short station break, Schiestel broke down the conclusion of the women’s soccer season, and the steady play of the wrestling program. Ryan concludes the episode discussing the two SAU basketball teams, who are still early in the season. As some sports end and some sports begin, Ryan is extremely hopeful for the Fighting Bees.
