#058 – Concerned Apes - (Smashing Game Time) Podcast Details

Description

The bros are making games great again with Q1 of 2016, covering the indie darlins like Oxenfree, Stardew Valley, and Layers of Fear. The bros also share what they’ve been playing with Jake’s continued prep for Combo breaker and Nick spending time with Trenches, RPG throwback Chained Echoes, and the recent shadow released Hi-Fi Rush.

Finally, Jake takes on Josh with a Speedcap over Halo 5 Guardians.

Basic Speedcap Rules

With 5 minutes on the clock, the speedcapper will have to run through the synopsis of a game as fast as they can. The Quiz Master has a checklist of 10 items the speedcapper must cover in that time. In the end, we'll tally the score and see where the speedcapper finished. If the speedcapper scores over 30 points, the Quiz Master will have to complete a dare on the next show. If under 30 points, the speedcapper has to complete a dare.
