On this episode, W2BW’s National Student Advisory Council members discuss the importance of prioritizing mental health. Online mental health screens are available at Mental Health America’s website and can connect you to great resources. Take action and work towards feeling your best!

*Online screening tools are meant to be a quick snapshot of your mental health. If your results indicate you may be experiencing symptoms of a mental illness, consider sharing your results with someone you trust like a parent, counselor, or coach. A mental health provider (such as a doctor or a therapist) can give you a full assessment and talk to you about options for how to feel better.
