Howdy Texans!! This week's tale is about the most famous captive of the Apache and Comanche Indian tribes Herman Laymon. For nine years as a boy he lived with the two Indian tribes. He became a rider in the war parties and fighting alongside the tribes. Herman even raided his very own childhood neighborhood. While out of a party they came across a railroad. The unsuspecting indians were terrified of the oncoming train. After the war party got away they decided to never return again!
