Casey talks about growing up without part of his left arm and the family that wouldn’t let him make excuses! Casey went on to play Basketball, Football and run track. He then found a new passion in CrossFit where he has won WODAPALOOZA 4 Times and is going for his 5th this weekend, as well as winning the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games! Casey also works with Underdogs Athletics and does the programming for their Adaptive program!
